A bespoke website is one where the design and layout has been created from scratch. Some design agencies will use a pre-designed, purchased 'template' and fit your website content into it. This is not necessarily a bad thing, but it does restrict the client to using a rigid design that may have been used many times over for other websites.
A bespoke site is a one-off and is designed with your company in mind.

During your website's design, we will provide you with the ability to view the look and feel of the design early on in the process. If all is agreeable, we will continue to build your website based on the initial go ahead from yourselves.
The initial design will incorporate your existing company colour scheme and use of your logo, photos, copy etc.
When the website is nearing its design completion, we will provide you with the 'almost' finished site.
This is where you get the chance to change things (the pre-launch revision).
Depending on your purchased package, we will make the changes you request and re-publish the site for your viewing.
You can make the number of changes that your purchased package allows and then the site is ready for going live.
This method not only protects ourselves from endless changes, but it also persuades you, the client into concentrating on the changes you require.

OK, so here's a little explanation of what SEO is.
When your website is created, we will optimise it so that search engines* can find it.
There are various additions that can be added to your website to make it friendly to the search engines.
Certain keywords and phrases can be used to tell the search engines what your business is about. This way, when users search using keywords that represent your business, you have a far better chance of being found.
As an initial starting point, we will consult with you to determine which keywords/phrases to include.
If you decide to use our 'Marketing Package' we can further tweak and monitor the progress of your website's SEO and over time your website visitors should increase and provide you with better return on investment.

Once your site is completed and our contract is fulfilled, we then hand the website administration over to you.
You are then able to administer your website should you choose to do so.
Of course, we do offer both maintenance and marketing packages if you'd prefer us to do the donkey work for you. We understand that your time might be better off spent running your business and that's why we offer these packages.

All of our website design packages include one year’s FREE hosting.
Your website needs a home and hosting is that home we provide.
All files and code reside on the hosting machines. These machines allow the whole world to see your website.
We use a third-party hosting company and they're one of the best in the business at hosting WordPress websites.
We will be working very closely with our hosting partner to ensure that your website is safe, secure and available.
After the initial one year’s free hosting, we will advise you in advance of the cost for the following year.

Along with our website design services, we also offer maintenance packages for your site.
Having a new website built and then letting it sit there without any maintenance is not ideal.
Not only is it a security risk, but it will soon begin to look out of date.
You will of course have the access to allow you to maintain your own website, but if you feel you'd rather the experts to do this for you, we're here to help you.

Our pricing structure states 'from' which is sometimes annoying to potential clients.
We strive to keep our pricing as close as possible to what we display, but there are always times where the client may ask for additional work to be done which goes outside the scope of the displayed price.
By displaying the 'from' price, it allows both ourselves and our clients the space to provide and recieve services that 'overlap' our pricing structure.
We will provide a quotation before starting any work and this will be the price you pay.
We also display the £POA for our large packages because these tend to be a little more complex to put together without first going into more detail with what the client is seeking to achieve.
The fundamentals of this package are similar to the others, but there's far more flexibility to adapt this package depending on the client’s needs.
We will consult, in detail with you and tailor this package to provide you with even more functionality.
