We offer two fairly simple 1 and 3 hour maintenance packages to look after the basics of your website.
It is important that your site receives regular updates to its core code and third-party plugins. In fact, it's crucial to ensure the highest protection possible.
Each package includes these essential maintenance services as a starting point and depending on you and your website needs, hourly rates are added for updating the content of your website.
The 'LARGE' package is offered for customers who wish to leave the content editing to us rather than having the hassle of having to do it themselves. Each 'LARGE' package can be tailored to suit our customer’s needs.
And remember, there's no long-term contracts attached!

We don't tie you down to lengthy contracts. We simply work on a month-on-month basis (a rolling monthly contract).
You can cancel your maintenance package at any time so long as you give us 30 days’ notice. Can't be fairer than that!
If you no longer wish us to look after your site, just let us know.

We ensure your website is backed up in case the worst happens.
A daily backup of your site is taken and saved in case, for whatever reason, you need to roll back to a working version of your website.
Weekly security scans are made to ensure no malicious code has infected your website.

Our pricing structure states 'from' which is sometimes annoying to potential clients.
We strive to keep our pricing as close as possible to what we display, but there are always times where the client may ask for additional work to be done which goes outside the scope of the displayed price.
By displaying the 'from' price, it allows both ourselves and our clients the space to provide and recieve services that 'overlap' our pricing structure.
We will provide a quotation before starting any work and this will be the price you pay.
We also display the £POA for our LARGE packages as these tend to be a little more complex to put together without first going into more detail with what the client is seeking to achieve.
The fundamentals of this package are similar to the others, but there's far more flexibility to adapt this package depending on the client’s needs.
